RETURN / EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Claesens Fashions Pvt Ltd (“CPL”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) accepts returns on outer wear products subject to following:
- You need to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of the original purchase.
- You can request exchange only once.
- Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, We regret that it is not possible for Us to accept returns on used/ tried briefs, panties and vests.
- We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition along with its tags, and packaging. To ensure your products are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the original packaging for proper care and protection.
- We have a no questions asked, full refund return policy. Subject to the other conditions contained herein, as long as the product returned is in unused condition (product must have the original tags, be unwashed, and be free of perfume, makeup and deodorant stains), We shall make a full refund without asking for any reasons for return.
- You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to maintain its condition.
- Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
- In the interests of hygiene, We may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
- Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, We will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
- Original Invoice is required to be returned with the product(s).
- Product(s) should reach Us in saleable condition.
- Kindly note that in respect of a product purchased by you under or pursuant to any promotional offers by Us, the specific terms and conditions specified by Us pertaining to such promotional offer will apply for returning such product. Without prejudice to the foregoing, We do not accept returns on products purchased under or pursuant to promotional offers if the correct product has been delivered, and We may accept returns of such products only where the product delivered to you or the size of the product delivered to you was not in accordance with the order placed by you
- Please note that We do not accept return of any product(s) which is not purchased from Our website. We do not take any responsibility of any such product(s) sent to Us.
There are two ways to return the product to Us:
Pick up: In most locations, We offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
Self-Ship: If We do not offer a pick up at your location, We request you to self-ship the product to Us. In such cases, We will credit Rs. 99 in your account in lieu of the shipping costs. You need to send the returned product to below mentioned address:
- DAMAGED PACKING:
On receipt, if it is noticed that the external packing of the consignment is damaged or tampered with, We recommend not accepting the package and putting your remarks on the courier delivery sheet and raise a complaint with Us immediately in respect of the same and provide us with the details of your order. We shall handle such issues strictly and directly with the respective courier company.
Once the package is received back at Our warehouse, We will cancel the order, whereupon:-
- In case of a Pre-paid (Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card) order, We will refund the relevant amount to your banking account;
- In case of a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order, We will cancel the order without any refund.
- We may provide Refunds in the event of:
(i) Cancellation by you prior to the shipment of the products ordered / purchased;
(ii) Return of one or more products purchased by you, subject to the provisions of clause 1 of this Return Policy being met.
(iii) Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, and cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards, however, we may permit you to re-use the gift card before its expiry.
- The refund in above scenarios will be as per the manner set out hereunder:-
- a) Refunds for Pre-paid Orders:
If you have paid using a credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account, and If you have paid using debit card/internet banking, amount will be refunded to your bank account.
- b) Refunds for Cash-On-Delivery (“COD”) Orders:
In case you have returned one or more products purchased using COD payment method, you are required to provide the below Bank Account details for refund:
1) Bank Account number
2) Account holders name
3) Bank branch
4) Bank name
5) IFSC Code
6) Order ID
7) Product name against which refund has to be initiated
The amount will be refunded to the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any cash /cheque / DD refund.
Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled for any refund.
We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of product(s) at Our warehouse. Kindly note that refund to your bank account or credit card account is subject to estimated processing timelines by the respective banks.
